Return Policy:
StarkMX will refund, exchange, or credit any unused merchandise, less the original shipping and handling fees, if returned within 30 days of purchase. This return policy does not pertain to discounted or closeout merchandise. Apparel returns, including shoes, clothing and eyewear will not be accepted if products have been used or worn. No return parcels will be

accepted freight collect, C.O.D. and if a StarkMX Return Goods Authorization has not been processed. StarkMX retains full discretion in granting refunds, exchanges, or credit requests upon expiration of the 30-day return period. Returns that qualify for a refund will entitle the purchaser to a credit for the appropriate amount. However, credits will only be issued to the same credit card account that was charged during the initial purchase.
- E-mail us at sales@starkmx.com for instructions on returning your merchandise and to receive your StarkMX Return Goods Authorization Number.
- Merchandise must be returned in it’s original condition.
- As stated above, merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date purchased.
- Our warehouse will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, inspected, and processed the returned merchandise minus original shipping costs.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
StarkMX disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to any merchandise purchase from StarkMX. StarkMX's liability in connection with a customer's purchase is expressly limited to that set forth above and all claims for consequential, incidental, or special damages are hereby excluded.
Product Warranty:
Merchandise purchased from StarkMX carries the full manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us at anytime if there is a discrepancy with a purchased item to see if it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Shipping Discrepancies:
Notify us immediately with any discrepancies in your shipment (ie. wrong zip code, transposed numbers, etc.), so that we may rectify the problem as soon as possible. Report your shipping error to sales@starkmx.com so that we can make the proper corrections and get your package to you as fast as possible.
