At this time StarkMX does not offer online ordering for International shipments. If you have any questions about this policy please call our toll free line.
| | | | How long will delivery take?
The following delivery times are based on information from our shipping providers. Delivery time does not include order-processing time, only the time from when the package leaves our warehouse.
UPS Ground Shipments
*Please note that Ground Shipment times are not guaranteed
1 to 2 business days:
Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana
2 to 3 business days:
Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont
3-4 business days:
North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida
4-5 business days:
Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska
5-6 business days:
Hawaii
“Business Day” means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:
New Year's Eve*, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day*, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day.
* Delivery of Air and International packages only
Air or Express Shipments
Next Day Air: Delivered the day after the order is shipped. If order is shipped on Friday it will not be delivered until Monday unless special arrangements are made for Saturday delivery
2-Day Air: Delivered 2 days after the order is shipped. If order is shipped on Thursday it will not be delivered until Monday
3-Day Select: Delivered 3 days after the order is shipped. If order is shipped on Wednesday it will not be delivered until Monday
The day the order is shipped does not count as a shipping day.
| | | | When will my order be shipped?
In Stock Items
All in stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours, on normal business days. If an order is placed before 2:00PM EST, the in-stock items will be shipped that same day.
Out of Stock Items
All items that are out of stock will be ordered from the vendor within 24 hours. Once StarkMX receives the order, it will then be shipped to you. This process could take anywhere from 2 days to a week, depending on the nature of the item and where the vendor is located. If you have any questions about the availability of an item please call our toll free number and our staff will be glad to help.
When possible, some out of stock items will be drop-shipped from the vendor. This means that the vendor will send the item directly to you, rather than to StarkMX. Your package should be blank and will not contain any paperwork. All relevant paperwork will be emailed to you directly from StarkMX. This process allows us to get out of stock products to you faster.
“Business Day” means Monday through Friday except the following holidays:

| | | | How do I know if an item is in stock?
The Item should display an availability message to let you know whether it’s in stock or not. When certain items such as casual wear or shoes are not in stock, they may no longer be available.
